By using Game Sage — the website at gamesage.fun or the Game Sage Android app — you agree to these terms.
You sign in with a Google account. Keep it secure; you are responsible for what happens under it. One account per person. You must be 13 or older to use Game Sage.
New accounts get a free trial period. After that, access to the arcade needs an active Day Ticket or Golden Pass, which are bought on the website at gamesage.fun. Nothing is sold inside the Android app. A pass is attached to your Google account, so whichever way you bought it, it works everywhere you sign in.
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. We may change prices; changes never affect a pass you have already paid for.
A Day Ticket or Golden Pass is a digital product that starts immediately, so it is generally non-refundable once used. If something went wrong — a failed purchase, a double charge, or the arcade did not unlock — email karthivela4@gmail.com within 7 days and we will sort it out, refund included where it is our fault.
Referral bonus days and in-game coins are promotional rewards with no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred between accounts, or bought. We may adjust or withdraw rewards if they are obtained by abuse — fake accounts, scripts or self-referrals.
Play nicely. Do not cheat, script, or interfere with other players' games; do not attack or probe the service; do not upload or type anything into a shared room that is illegal, hateful, or harassing. Some games invite players to write their own prompts — you are responsible for what you write, and other players in your room will see it.
Game Sage is provided "as is". We are a small operation: games may change, be added, or be retired, and the service may be unavailable from time to time. We do not promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
You can stop at any time and delete your account at gamesage.fun/account.html. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close your account for something that is not your fault, we will refund any unused paid time.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with Game Sage is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
